C.I.T’S – We have a Captains in Training Program (C.I.T.) in place for young people entering in the 9th and 10th grades. As a leadership opportunity for future Assistant Captains and eventually Captains, C.I.T.’s are invited to experience the fun, stress, and rewards of working at a camp, as they assist Captains or Assistant Captains. The C.I.T. program is designed to teach young adults to be effective leaders so that they can use those skills when learning at school, at home, at work or wherever life may take them. Our goal is for each C.I.T. to mature and learn a little bit more about themselves as individuals, and as team members. This is an excellent community service experience. Interested?
